Aches to Ease

Why stretching isn't enough for pregnancy back and pelvic pain, and the 3 systems that help

Thursday, November 12 · 7pm CET · Online, in English · Replay for 48 hours

You're eating well, resting when you can, trying not to stress. But your back aches when you stand. Your hips hurt when you walk. Sleep feels impossible because no position is comfortable.

Maybe you've tried the stretches and watched the YouTube videos. It helped a little, and then it came back.

And underneath it all, there's the question: "Is this just what pregnancy feels like? Is there anything I can actually do?"

In my work, most pregnancy aches come back to three systems in your body that shift as your baby grows. Once you understand them, you can stop guessing and start feeling better. That's what this free 60 minute workshop gives you.

This workshop is for you if

  • You're pregnant and your back, hips or pelvis are making daily life harder
  • You can't get comfortable at night no matter what you try
  • You want to move but keep wondering what's safe
  • You'd love a plan that's built for a pregnant body from the start
  • You want to feel strong and prepared for birth

What mamas say about my program

"Being able to keep my back pain between zero and very minimal has been very empowering."Sarah, 39 weeks, history of a slipped disc
"This program allowed me to move my body while pregnant with twins without questioning if what I am doing will be too much or harmful for my babies."Christine, twin pregnancy · comfort went from 4 to 7 out of 10
"It is rare for me to stick to a program long-term, so just staying the course and being dedicated/consistent is a win for me."Lauren, 38 weeks

Hi, I'm Melissa

Yoga and wellness coach for pregnancy and postpartum, mama of two, and a bit of a pelvic floor nerd.

I've been pregnant twice, I've had the SIJ pain that makes you dread the stairs, and I've spent years helping pregnant women move in ways that make them feel better instead of more worried.

I'm also an expat, so I know how much it helps to get clear guidance in English when everything else feels new.

Certified in prenatal and postpartum yoga and corrective exercise, teaching since 2018, and I've supported 300+ women through pregnancy and beyond.

Some questions you might have

Do I need any yoga or movement experience?

Not at all. This workshop is all about learning. You sit, you listen, and we do one short breath practice together.

What if I can't attend live?

Register anyway. The replay is available for 48 hours.

Which trimester is this for?

All of them. I'll cover how your focus changes in each one.

I've tried stretching and YouTube workouts. Why would this be different?

That's actually one of the 5 mistakes we cover. Stretching and YouTube workouts are made for everyone at once. Here you get a framework built for a pregnant body: what's behind the ache, and what to do about it in your trimester.

Is this really free?

Yes. At the end I'll share how to join my Move with Ease program for anyone who wants the full plan and support. No pressure though.

What language?

English.
