When my first son was nine months old, I was not moving, I was not eating properly, and I had stopped being able to tell whether I was tired or something else.
It took a long time to call it postpartum depression. Longer to do anything about it.
What eventually shifted it was coming back to my practice. Not because yoga fixes depression, it does not. But because moving and breathing gave me somewhere to start, and starting was the part I could not find on my own.
When my second son arrived, it happened again. This time I recognised it faster and I asked for help instead of waiting it out. That made all the difference, and it is the single biggest reason I do this work.
I grew up in 3 different countries and have traveled around the world. Although I’ve settled in Germany for over a decade now, a piece of my heart is still in Mexico and California.
I raise my boys bilingually. I know what it is to do postpartum in a country that is not the one you grew up in, in a language you did not do your own childhood in, without your mother two streets away.
We all want the village. But the village is often a flight away, or it comes with opinions about your choices that you then have to manage on top of everything else.
A lot of my clients are in exactly this position. It is part of why the community piece matters as much as the movement does.

After my own two rounds of PPD and eight years of teaching, I kept seeing the same thing. Women handed a generic programme, told to be consistent, do the stretching/cool down on their own, and left to work out their own bodies with no guidance.
Then blaming themselves when it didn’t work.
So the Breathe Sculpt Flow Method™ starts where most programmes do not, with the nervous system. Regulation before performance. Because when your body has capacity, everything else becomes possible. And when it does not, no amount of willpower closes that gap.
I use a blend of breathwork, mind-body awareness, functional strength and feel-good movement that supports your core and pelvic floor reconnection, while working on mindset to build sustainable habits, growing confidence and a practice that adapts with you and your life.

I won’t tell you to push through.
I will never give you a plan that assumes an ideal week, because you do not have one and neither do I.
I will not pretend there is a quick fix, and I will tell you honestly when something is outside what I can help with.
What I will do is look properly at what is happening, build something around your actual body and week, and stay with it long enough for it to work.

Follow any bounce back trend for sales. I’m not interested in getting your body back, because that body belonged to a woman who didn’t create life and expanded in the amazing way you have..
I don’t care what your stomach looks like. I care what it can do for you.
And I will not sell you urgency you don’t need. If now is not the moment, it’s not the moment. And that’s okay.

I have two boys under 6. My coffee goes cold more than I like to admit. I’m married to the most supportive man in the world. But he still thinks I’m angry when we talk about a topic that excites me (latina here🤷♀️).
I’d love to support you in your journey to becoming the best version of you yet
I never thought my true calling would be to help women move from pain, exhaustion, and feeling completely disconnected from their bodies, to feeling strong, capable, and genuinely good in their skin, so they can show up for their families, and whatever lights them up, without running on empty.
But here I am.
That shift is possible for you, too. And it doesn't require more hours, more effort, or more pushing through.
